If you’re brand new to yoga, the Yoga Foundations course is the best place to start. It’s a 4-week introduction designed to help you build confidence, learn the core postures, and feel at home on the mat - no experience or flexibility needed.
If you already have a little yoga experience - even if it’s been a while - you might enjoy my Morning Reset classes. These mixed-level vinyasa sessions include beginner-friendly movement and lots of options to adapt your practice, but they don’t break down every posture in detail so a basic understanding of common poses will help you feel more comfortable.
Still not sure? Reach out and I’ll be happy to help you choose.

Not at all! That’s one of the biggest myths about yoga, and one I’m always happy to challenge.
You don’t need to be flexible to start—you become more flexible through practice. The same goes for fitness and strength. Yoga meets you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or coming back after a break, your body is already enough.
-
Just wear something you can move comfortably in. Leggings, joggers, or any clothes your body can stretch and breathe in are perfect.
If you’re attending the Morning Reset class, you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat. I provide a number of blocks which are available to use if you’d like some extra support. If you’re joining the Yoga Foundations course, everything will be set up for you - including my favourite mats and cork blocks - so there’s nothing you have to bring.
For both classes, it can be helpful to bring a light layer or jumper for the final relaxation, and a blanket or towel is great for adding extra padding under your knees if you’d like a little more comfort.
-
Everyone’s welcome here - but your safety comes first.
If you’re managing an injury, a long-term condition, or anything that affects your movement or energy levels, I’d recommend checking in with your healthcare provider before starting yoga, especially if you’re unsure what’s right for you.
That said, many postures can be adapted, and I’ll always offer options in class. You’re encouraged to rest, modify, or pause as much as you need.
If you’d like to chat things through before booking, please feel free to get in touch.

For my regular classes or courses based at the Magor & Undy Hub, you can find more information about the venue - including parking and facilities - here.
It’s a good idea to arrive a few minutes early so you’ve got time to find your spot and get set up. Classes start promptly so we can make the most of our time together.
If there’s anything else you’re unsure about then reach out - I’d love to help 🌿
